After the banquet, they held their annual 'Beards, bellies, and buns' competition. Probably the best I've seen, and not just because some of them stripped completely for the Buns competition. ;) The best thing was the way they judged...

Their means of judging was handing each of them a pitcher and going through the room to each of the tables and collecting money for a charity (in this case, an organization that counsels young gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and transexuals). Whoever collected the most won for that particular category. They collected, overall, more than $2000 (!) in the course of about 45 minutes. Color me impressed.

This was one of the prizes in their 'Let's Make a Deal!' game. I didn't get up on stage, but I walked away with a 'Sarcastic Ball'. <sarcasm>Now THERE'S a great gift.</sarcasm> (Hmm, should I nest those in more sarcasm tags, to emphasize the sarcastic sarcasm? Hmm... nah, might blow up Internet Explorer, being the FINE product it is. ;)
